1. Scope Of Services
1.1 De Falco's Roofing, LLC provides roofing installation, repair, maintenance, and evaluation services as outlined in individual project agreements or quotes.
1.2 All services will be performed in a professional and timely manner in accordance with industry standards.
2. Quotes and Estimates
2.1 Quotes are valid for (30) days from the issue date unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges, will will be communicated and agreed upon prior to continuation.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 A deposit of 5% is required (unless stated otherwise) before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of services.
3.2 Payment methods accepted include; Mail-in Checks or Wire Transfer. Directions for payment methods will be listed on invoice.
3.3 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 0.5% per month. Late fee schedule will be listed on invoice.
3.4 Under Idaho Law, De Falco's Roofing, LLC reserves the right to provide a "Notice Of Lien Rights" to property owners of a project to preserve lien rights in case of non-payment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule work with at least 3 days written notice.
4.2 Cancellations within 3 days of scheduled start date without notice may incur a cancellation fee of 3% of quoted project.
5. Warranties
5.1 De Falco's Roofing, LLC provides a 5 year workmanship warranty on completed roofing work.
5.2 Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and are subject to terms outlined by the supplier.
5.3 Warranties do not cover damage caused by external factors, such as; weather events, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 The client must provide access to the property and ensure all work areas are clear of obstructions prior to the start date.
6.2 The client is responsible for securing permits, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 De Falco's Roofing, LLC is fully insured for liability and worker's compensation. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7.2 De Falco's Roofing, LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damages that arise due to conditions outside of our control.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties.
8.2 If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Idaho state.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 De Falco's Roofing, LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as: severe weather, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
10.1 De Falco's Roofing, LLC will keep client information confidential and use it solely for the purpose of providing services.
10.2 The client reserves the rights to allow or disallow De Falco's Roofing, LLC to post in-process or completed projects to social media pages for portfolio purposes only.
11. Termination
11.1 De Falco's Roofing, LLC reserves the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment, unsafe work conditions, or failure to comply with these terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Idaho State.
